Year 7 Fractions Worksheets PDF

Year 7 Fractions worksheets for year 7 maths, or class 7. Children in year 7 are age between 11 and 12. Each year 7 Fractions worksheet is differentiated and covers key stage 3. The topics year 7 students study in fractions include shading fractions given a diagram as well as identifying the amount of a diagram already shaded. Students in year 7 learn how to find fractions of amount involving unitary fractions. Some students will be able to find fractions of amounts with numerators other than 1. Equivalent fractions is an important part of the year 7 maths curriculum. Year 7 students will also need to know how to add and subtract basic fractions (where the denominator is the same).
