Year 9 Congruence and Similarity worksheets for Year 9 Maths (Key Stage 3). Students aged 13–14 learn how to identify congruent shapes and understand the properties of similar shapes and triangles. Congruent shapes are exactly the same shape and size even when turned, flipped, or rotated, they match the other.
Similar shapes have the same shape but not necessarily the same size. Their corresponding sides are in the same proportion and their corresponding angles are equal.
